Alcohol and secret calories...

Don't get us wrong, we love a drink as much as the next blogger
Whenever we are researching a new diet to trial, we are always waiting for it to read, 'yes! drinking allowed!' Which long term, would make diets a lot easier to stick to...
and just in case you're wondering, no diet (that we've found) says drinking is ok

Bacardi rum, 30ml 70 cals
Vodka, (Smirnoff) 30ml 74 cals

It seems that there are a lot of 'secret' calories in alcohol that many of us don't count -
